Environmental Energy Rating Services (EERS) are the Building Energy Rating (BER)
and Home Heating specialists.

From January 1st 2007, all new build homes require BER certification and from the 1st
of January 2009 all existing dwellings will require a BER cert when leased, rented or
sold.

A BER certificate measures the energy required to heat and light a dwelling using the
(DEAP) software from the regulatory body Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
Dwellings are rated similar to appliances on the A-G scale.

Our fully trained and certified engineers collect all relevant data from your home or
dwelling and produce a report identifying any inefficiences and advising on quantified
areas of improvement.

Heating systems are one of the largest modulators in a BER certificate and can improve
your certification by several grades in the rating efficiency scale. EERS can provide
services, repairs and upgrades to your Oil or Gas system.
